  • Is the material new/virgin or recycled, and what’s the UV package?
  • What substrate preparation is included, and what’s excluded?

  • What does the workmanship warranty cover, and what conditions void it?
  • Can they show a completed project of similar age so you can see how the material actually held up?

A contractor confident in their material and process should be able to answer all of these specifically. Vague or evasive answers are the real red flag — more than price alone.
